Leadership Development Solutions (LDS) is the first advisory firm specialized in retained direct executive search in Romania. Up to date, the company has completed more than 400 successful projects across various industries sectors of the Romanian economy. A fully owned subsidiary of Korn/Ferry International was established in Romania in 1994. In 2001, the subsidiary went through a successful management buy-out process. The former Managing Partner, Radu Furnica , took over the ownership of the firm and the name of the company was changed to Leadership Development Solutions.
